Black Butter Records are hosting their first ever showcase in Amsterdam on August 21st. For the big occasion, they've selected some of their favourite artists from the roster to bring the sound of the UK underground to AIR Amsterdam.
My Nu Leng are known for their blistering sets and dark, smouldering vibe - heavy on the mood but always compulsively danceable. Melé is a beatmaker and DJ carving a bass music niche all of his own. He's loved by ravers the world over and on rotation with cutting edge selectors Rustie, Hudson Mohawke and Shy FX to name but a few. The best garage DJ to ever grace a set of decks, DJ EZ completes the UK portion of the bill.
Local hero Samuel Deep joins for a special birthday treat in AIR 2. Deep is young house DJ and producer, born and raised in Utrecht. He is the founder and co-owner of SlapFunk Records, an infamous party host and label, and he's really secured his spot in the Dutch scene.
