IBIZA ROCKS : THE HOME OF THE POOL PARTY

Since 2005 Ibiza Rocks has been the rebel with a cause across the island, carving its own niche by bringing in unexpected, pioneering and curveball artists, crews, DJs and genres to the home of hedonism that is Ibiza. Always one step ahead of the game, Ibiza Rocks have always made space for new sounds, new crowds and have been at the forefront of youth culture, paving the way for a diverse, inclusive and unified party island that welcomes all with open arms. This summer Ibiza Rocks return with their strongest set of line-ups to date, all set to join Ibiza’s most infamous pool party.
Heading into a packed season at the home of the pool party for 2023, Ibiza Rocks have some of the hottest names in rap, grime, house, garage, bass, techno, and all between who’ll play the legendary pool parties. Between regular residents and special guests, it’s a selection of the very freshest and finest talent soundtracking the Ibiza Rocks experience this summer, all taking place in the fresh venue.
Brand new residency Fire In The Pool will finally give rap a permanent home in Ibiza, delivering an array of top quality UK rap, uniting a team of next generation icons and OG acts from the genre to represent from May - September. In true non-conformist Ibiza Rocks style, Fire In The Pool as a concept busts the stereotypes of an Ibiza party. Inspired by Charlie Sloth’s iconic Fire In The Booth viral video series, these poolside sessions bring that concept to life. There’s cheeky chappy, chart-topping Arrdee, whose debut mixtape Pier Pressure in 2022 put him on the map as one of the most promising names from the genre, plus Northwest London’s finest Digga D. Headie One also joins, undoubtedly the king of UK rap whose set at Ibiza Rocks will be one of the hottest of the season. Godfathers of the movement, and chart topping rap dream team Krept & Konan will also be a part of the proceedings - all 100 carat names set to soundtrack these pool parties.
Manchester’s golden boy Aitch returns to host a 2 day mini-festival / pool party ‘Aitch 2-0,’ inviting fellow Mancunian legend Bugzy Malone, revered Midlands don MIST, Nemzzz, DJ Win and loads more artists who have played pivotal roles in shaping the UK rap phenomenon. The young star will also be joined by godfather of grime and head honcho Charlie Sloth, whose seminal, long-running Fire In The Booth series put many young artists under the spotlight.
Also on a rap tip, fire collective D Block Europe formed of London-based rappers Dirtbike LB and Young Adz will host a one-off pool party as part of the Ibiza Rocks proceedings, from some of UK rap's dominant names. The tag-team rose to meteoric fame for their trademark road flow invite a spread of peers to join - with Clavish, Shayna Marie and others.
Always a hands-in-the-air party that should be on the agenda for any garage fan in Ibiza, Craig David with his regular TS5 sessions hosted by the man himself. Some of the wildest pool parties across the summer, Wes Nelson, Gracey, DJ Target, Belters Only +++ will assist Craig in bringing the vibes. DJ and KISS FM host Joel Corry is also on curation duties, with special guests popping up across the season - catch Majestic, Sammy Porter, DJ SKT, Jess Bays as just a selection of the talent on board.
Nathan Dawes residency sees plenty of bass, garage, house, and vibes which promises to get rowdy, with Flava D, DJ Q, Sian Anderson and Sweet Female Attitude on board. Expect hands in the air and sing along anthems for Nathan’s takeovers. Number 1 artist, singer and performer Becky Hill also holds the fort across the summer with YOU / ME / US, inviting artists such as Jodie Harsh, I.JORDAN, Gok Wan, 24 Hour Garage Girls and more - also representing talent from the queer electronic world. Ben Hemsley’s line-ups have a finger on the pulse when it comes to euphoric trance, classic house to heavy techno vibes, bringing in a cosmic combination of acts across summer with DJ Heartstring, LF System, Kettama, Todd Terry and more ticking all the boxes.
On regular rotation will be hip-hop event Applebum, set to mastermind a line of parties bringing old-school and new school flavours from the genres. Ibiza Anthems with DJ duo Switch Disco will journey through classic hits from the isle - euphoric dance hits from past, present and future by the team famed for their mashup selections.
Ibiza Rocks is known to be The Home Of The Pool party, and it’s the ultimate Ibiza experience. Running from now until September, Ibiza Rocks have programmed a heavy hitting set of names that range from the curveball, forward thinking rap to huge festival headliners right through to classic house sounds.
Ibiza Rocks’ doors are open to all. Started in 2005 by the desire to make space for new sounds on the white isle, Ibiza Rocks has welcomed some of the biggest stars from the indie, rap, hip-hop, grime, pop worlds and plenty more. Their motivation has always been to provide a home to people who enjoy a range of sonics and sounds, and also reflects the diversity of today’s modern music fans.

Tickets for each event are priced separately, and start from just €10 for certain events. There are also options available for beds for those wanting to reserve a space for particular events.
