Bart Skils presents the Lost Boys EP

Bart Skils returns to Drumcode with a massive EP entitled Lost Boys. The EP sees the Dutch techno don drop four huge tracks that look set to dominate techno throughout the summer.
Bart Skils’ style is known for being tight and precise, and that’s exactly what he delivers with these tracks. Beefy basslines keep the tracks rolling through whilst he uses hooks and industrial sounds to perfect effect. The title track 'Lost Boys' has a hum to it that is relentless and endless, it draws you up and brings you down whilst the clear-cut beat carries you through. Next up is 'Blue Nile' and it’s sure to capture your attention. The atmosphere is built with an amazing hook that demands your full attention and you’ll be glad you gave it, as once it reaches its peak a bubbly bassline drops to destroy the dance. Closing the EP, 'The Sweep' and 'Dark Days' both have distinctly industrial feels, the tight kick drum pounds with subtle percussion carrying us across.
It’s a triumphant return to one of techno’s biggest labels for one of Holland’s most forward thinking and innovative producers.
