Disco is far from dead, meet the guys bringing back the funk: Tuxedo

Funk and disco might be making a third or fourth comeback right now, but for Tuxedo, the genre never left. The collaborative project being released on the neo soul/hip-hop label Stones Throw Records has a funk feel which none of its other acts can boast. Hawthorne and One both individually have very successful yet very different sounding careers outside of Tuxedo; the former has enjoyed high record sales and critically acclaimed albums, and often described as the rrenaissance man of throwback soul, while the latter’s laundry list of production credits includes Drake, Chance the Rapper, Rick Ross, and Kendrick Lamar.
Their music is infectious and has unbelievably good vibes. If you don't move in your seat to this track you have had a deprived life away from the teets of funk.
