This album proves that Wehbba is one of the most talented producers today! His production is phat and warm, the tracks are rocking the floors, and above all it’s a very coherent album that showcases various styles effortlessly. I am very excited about this album and am certain that this will take Wehbba to the next level! 2013 will be his year to shine!” – Christian Smith

“It’s analogue, it’s loud, it’s funk, it’s groove, it’s today, it’s yesterday, it’s tomorrow, it’s ultra-phat basslines and beats, it’s simply driving me and my knees totally nuts! Wehbba’s ‘Square Two’ long-player will redefine his status as one of the best techno-house producers of these days and may become my album of the year. My favourites so far are ‘Glider’ (what a break!), ‘Backlash’ (hit!) and ‘Think Tank’. 10/10 rating from me! – Stephan Bodzin

“The whole album is a bomb!” - Karotte

Wehbba is undoubtedly one of Brazil’s finest music ambassadors, whose distinctive brand of house and techno ignites the best clubs worldwide. “Full Circle”, Wehbba’s critically acclaimed debut artist album (Tronic, 2010) was the landmark release that lifted his musical career to a whole new level. Now, the next episode is about to begin with the release of his second dynamic studio masterpiece, “Square Two”.

This new uplifting and energetic album project is set to raise the bar even higher, by displaying more of his versatility and musicality, including an appearance from Jon Dixon and D’Sean Jones, of the Detroit group D3, part of the legendary Underground Resistance collective, on the unforgettable album finale, “Ruff Jam”.

From the effortlessly groovy, to sumptuous melodic workouts, via spikey and twisted peaks, swirling and soaring dynamics and experimental chilled vibes, this is an album of mature diversity that never loses focus. Wehbba is masterful, showcasing his musical direction in 2013, drawing on his experiences from a non-stop worldwide touring DJ schedule and an ever-growing maturity as a producer.

“I think this album shows I'm a very eclectic producer and teases people into my more musical side, while still giving my signature Wehbba sound that people already know by now. It also shows a little bit of my diverse musical background, referencing 80’s funk music, breakbeat, acid and even rock n' roll influences.” - Wehbba

Enjoy!
