Dirty Girls

If you haven’t already seen it, “Dirty Girls” is a short documentary that went viral on Youtube this week. The short film made by high school senior at the time, Michael Lucid, was filmed in 1996 about a group of girls at Lucid’s high school who had been given the name “Dirty Girls” by their peers. The film is an interesting look at rebellion in the 90’s and the perfect insight into teenage feminism and grunge culture at the time.
