Caprices Festival

From the 8th to the 16th March, Skiing and outstanding music performances will delight the Festivals’ 10th anniversary assistants in the heart of the Valais Alps, Switzerland.
About ten years ago, four friends who had the dream of creating a winter music festival, united forces and passion to kick off Caprices Festival. This year, in its 10th anniversary, the Festival is proud to announce that is growing in quantity and in quality. For this edition, Caprices Festival has been extended to last 9 days and also increased its overall capacity. That’s not a rare thing, if we see who will be performing in 2013. Just to say a few names: Fatboy Slim, Nas, Bjork, The Killers, Portishhead, Mika, Nelly Furtado and Roger Hodgson,
With six different spaces, the festival brings well-known acts from across genres and mixes them with newcomers and specialists from electro scene. We can highlight the Modernity pop-up club, a venue located at the top of the mountain in a clear-roofed marquee, which hosts sets by the top international DJs. And also a new space created for this edition, Après-ski Fun&Music by H&M" area, A lounge at the foot of the pistes in Cry d'Er, which will be the place to go after skiing for a snack while listening to acoustic sets between the hours of 4.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m.
