Ke$ha premieres ‘Dirty Love’ online

The singer duets with wrinkled shirt-shunner Iggy Pop on the guitar-heavy track
This may not be the most obvious of collaborations, but then again, neither party has ever been completely normal. The latest song to go online from Ke$ha’s latest album Warrior features guest vocals from the legendary Iggy Pop. It’s called ‘Dirty Love’ and is a whole world away the likes of ‘Tik Tok’.
It’s grimy, it’s got guitars to spare and it actually sounds pretty cool. There are certainly some interesting lyrics that could only come from this kind of duet. “Rug merchants do it in Afghanistan” is one of the highlights from Iggy. And if Ke$ha has her way, he won’t be the only ageing rock star she sings with – Keith Richards is at the top of her wish list.
Check out ‘Dirty Love’ here.
