Wale announces new album release
Friday 19th October 2012 | Amy
Wale’s third album is set to be released February 2013.
Maybach Music Group has seen a phenomenal year so far with the release of the Self Made Volume 2 album, which sees Stalley, Meek, Rozay, Wale and Omarion collaborate, along with Rick Ross’ God Forgives, I Don’t. Later this month they will also be celebrating Meek Mill’s album Dreams and Nightmares.
However, that is not all for Maybach Music Group as Wale has announced that his third album will hit the scene next February. The American hip-hop artist, whose debut album Attention: Deficit received positive reviews, started work on his third album soon after the release of his second album Ambition in 2011.
The third album, which is yet to have a title, will see a return to music similar to that of his earlier career: “I’m very excited about the music, because it’s very reminiscent of my earlier work with Mark Ronson and things of that nature. I’m excited. And ‘The Arrival’ is a mission statement of where I’m at”.
He’s excited about it and so should you be. Here’s a look back at his previous work:
