Tenacious D Rize again

It’s been six years since The Pick of Destiny, but now the comedy-rock duo are back with their third album, The Rize of The Fenix. Made up of actor Jack Black and Kyle Gass, the group hit the big time with their self-titled first album. Lewd, crude and very rude, the School of Rock star and his buddy admit that their last album might not have done as well as they might have liked. Powered by Nirvana and Foo Fighters legend Dave Grohl on the drums, you can expect catchy hooks, belly laughs and tasty licks.
Rize of the Fenix comes out on Monday and Tenacious D will be playing Brixton Academy at the beginning of June.
