Jack White to Release Solo LP

It seems like the former White Stripe’s frontman has put his brother and sister duo behind him with the news that he is set to release his first solo LP Blunderbuss, due April 24th. If you’re wondering why its taken so long for White to release solo material, he says Blunderbuss “is an album I couldn’t have released until now...these songs feel like they could be presented under my name. These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colours on my own canvas”. The first single, Love Interruption, is a low-key, soulful, southern rock track that will get you in the mood for Blunderbuss.
