Success Story: Lianne La Havas

Lianne La Havas is a young and supremely talented Londoner, and 2012 promises big things for the songstress. Managing to escape the boundaries of the genre, guitarist La Havas is a hard one to define; her music carries traces of rock, folk and soul.
Having provided back-up vocals for acts such as Paloma Faith, La Havas really found solo success in 2011: releasing an EP Lost & Found, appearing on Jools Holland and making it on to the BBC Sound of 2012 list.
Her angelic sound is sure to mean even more success in 2012, and her debut album is set for release this year. Be sure to check her out!
