Outbreak festival 2014 steals Halloween limelight

Still wondering what to do for Halloween? Look no further...With the comedown of festival season swooping in saviors of autumn have come back with Outbreak festival; a balls-deep dance and garage fest with some classic acts thrown in for good measure. Outbreak ‘mini fest’ last year left a lot of people wanting more and not only is their lineup twice as huge, they have three extra stages and a garage stage that’s certain to satisfy your ears.
