Album of the month - October Edition
Spanish DJ and Producer John Talabot has been entertaining crowds all over the world with his unique brand and style of dance music for many years now, gradually building his fan base each time he plays out to a crowd. Last month saw him playing to thousands of festival goers at Croatia's 'Unknown Festival'. Following on from that, this month sees him mixing the compilation album 'DJ Kicks' under label '!K7'. DJ Kicks mixes usually only feature one exclusive track from the artist mixing it but in Talabot's case, there are two: a solo effort, "Without You," and a collaboration with Axel Boman as Talaboman - "Sideral".
In a recent interview with Mixmag, Talabot said: "I thought that it would be good if people could discover what my influences are, where I've come from, the people that I admire and tracks that have been important to me over the last ten years, plus some tracks on my label that have never been released".
