Landing the 6th of November, UK house mainstay Huxley makes a welcome debut on HE.SHE.THEY. Records with his brand new EP A Day Trip To The Valley, a club-focused statement brimming with groove and low-end drive.
A Day Trip To The Valley follows a career built on forward-thinking club music and unwavering dancefloor instinct. Huxley first broke through with his Out Of The Box EP, a release that cut across scenes and is still hailed as a modern UK classic, and recently reissued with anniversary remixes from Cinthie and Meat. Since then, he’s continued to push boundaries with standout records including, The Machine EP, the widely supported I Want You, and club weapon Let It Go.
Renowned for his prolific output, Huxley has curated a catalogue over the years defined by versatility and a feel for the floor, releasing on seminal labels including Toolroom, Knee Deep In Sound, Moon Harbour, Defected, Shall Not Fade and Southern Fried. Along the way, he’s earned heavyweight support from some of the best to do it, including Jennifer Cardini, Dam Swindle, DJ Bone, Steve Bug, Pete Tong and Carista.
Beyond the studio, Huxley’s DJ sets have ignited clubs and festival stages worldwide, from Space Ibiza to major clubs and festival stages across Europe, Australia and North America. His collaborative reach runs deep too, with cuts alongside respected names like Steve Bug, Cinthie, S-Man (Roger Sanchez), Eats Everything and Shiba San.
For his debut release on HE.SHE.THEY., Huxley distills years of experience into three club-ready weapons that celebrate movement and mood in equal measure, culminating in an EP crafted for peak time energy. A Day Trip To The Valley offers a snapshot of an artist with the knowledge and ability to keep dance music moving forward while staying true to its roots.
