Anti – Brexit March to Take Place On 25th March
Unite for Europe (UFE), a group who are some of the 48% of people who voted against Brexit are holding a March on Friday 25th March.
Determined to make their voices heard, the march is an act of defiance that stands for remaining in the Single Market, having the benefits that come with EU membership and guaranteeing that EU citizens currently living in the UK will have the right to stay.
As Article 50, which allows EU members to withdraw from the EU is set to be triggered by the end of March, the march hopes to show parliament that it is not okay to incite hate and divide communities, or fail to protect EU nationals who work and pay taxes in the UK for political gain.
