Long time V affiliate Serum has teamed up with two of the label's fresher faces Paul T & Edward Oberon (pictured above) for two incredible tracks.
Within days of dropping, Take My Breath Away / In Too Deep was top of the Juno charts, and once you hear them you'll know why. Two precision stompers, guided by the progression with the perfect drum beats.
'In Too Deep' is our stand out track. With this one the three producers have mixed up old skool flavours with Paul T & Edward Oberon's slick liquid style. The combination works a treat and will sure set off on the floors with it's unique energy and good vibes. And that bassline, that'll tear shit up by itself.
'Take My Breath Away' goes down a more blissful liquid route, rocking a firm bassline over super slick drums and a mesmerising vocal. The definition of liquid bliss, with the odd rumble and wobble - you know, to keep you on your toes.
Speaking about the collaboration Paul T explained: "From early years we have had a mutual adoration and respect for one another's craft and particular style. As artists flying the V recordings flag high with numerous noteworthy releases, we toyed with the idea for a time, but were excited to finally get the collaboration off the ground and are equally very pleased with the result as a whole."
We're just as please here, Paul. Both tracks are insanely good, rolling together everything we love about both Serum and Paul T/Edward Oberon. Listen to the tracks below, and get a copy from the V Recordings site.
