Pedram resurfaces with new EP Lex, out on March 4th via Born Electric.
Back in 2013, Pedram released a well-received, emotionally charged slice of electronica in the form of his debut Nina EP, gaining fans in Paul Woolford, James Zabiela, Toddla T, Midland and more, and played a memorable Boiler Room set, before disappearing. Now he's back with new material for 2016.
The EP opens up with ‘Lex’ where ethereal soundscapes, full bodied synths and off-kilter drums lead the charge. ‘Ernstige’ continuea the journey through delicate rising synths and snapshots of Pedram's recognisable sound design. He's also dropped a killer XXXY remix of 'Lex', which pushes the original into a whole new techno space.
