Event Preview: The End of the World Party

What would you do if you thought the world was going to end tomorrow? What are the songs you would listen to? What are the clothes that you would wear? Would you try that dance move you’ve always been to scared to try?
The world did not end all those months ago, as the Mayans predicted. I am pretty happy about that, but I was never really thinking it was going to end, so never really considered what I would do if I had known for sure.
Well the guys at The End of the World Party think you should have a big fat party. The crew behind Rebel Bingo have created a night where they pretend like the world is ending and go out and have a mad one. Be who you always you wanted to be, and as they suggest, “dance until you explode.” I slightly advice against that last one as could get messy, but if you wait just before the world ends then I guess that is okay.
This is your night to live as if it is all going to end. It’s you last chance to dance so you have to choose the music, as they encourage you to post your ‘last requests’ on the facebook event page. The party is celebrating all types of music, whatever is your last request. They suggest the songs from when we were kids and life was all fluffy and songs made us scream or cry…
The end of the world is upon us, and this party is meant to be as if there is no tomorrow, so make the most of it. No one will be there tomorrow so you can’t feel embarrassed. Fill you face with cupcakes, look to die for in the makeup booth, share your deepest desires on the Last Wish Wall, get you last photo ever, your last cocktail ever, go back to your childhood and generally feel like a million dollars for your last few hours.
