Dubstar: The sound of 90s nostalgia

Gone are the days of Dubstar only being known as the band with that dreamy single ‘Stars’. Sarah Blackwood’s ethereal voice and her band’s indie/synth pop sound have made quite a name for themselves over the years. Their singles like ‘I Will Be Your Girlfriend’ and ‘Cathedral Park’ blend electronic elements that work so well with Blackwood’s vocals, it reminds you of Garbage.
