mewithoutYou: Ten Stories

Back in May last year indie band mewithoutYou released their fifth full length album titles Ten Stories. The 11 track album (13 track if you include the 2 b-sides) tells a story of a circus train crash which happened in Montana in the late 19th century. Each song on the album is about a different animal which then leads up to telling one big story. Lead singer, Andrew Weiss got the idea from a book he read to children in a school he volteered at while the band were on hiatus.
The album had guest vocals from artists such as Hayley Williams from the band Paramore, Daniel Smith from the band Danielson, Aimee Wilson, and Amy Carrigan.
