Feature: Haleek Maul

Haleek Maul is a 16 year old rapper from Barbados, but he spends a few months of his year in Bushwick, New York.
His release 'Oxyconteen' has received rave reviews from a number of websites. Since I got 'Oxyconteen' it's been played at least once daily. I love his style of rap and I love the beats that he chooses to rap over. A highlight from the release for me is '88' produced by the (amazing) Chicago duo The-Drum, which you can watch at the bottom of the article. He also has a collaborative release out with another Chicago duo Supreme Cuts called 'Chrome Lips' which is also definitely worth listening to.
