Lianne La Havas | Continuing to Conquer US

London born Lianne La Havas is currently conquering the US after only less than a year of success in the UK.
The singer/songwriter has been leaping from strength to strength since emerging onto the UK music scene this year.
It seems the songstress has always had friends over the pond.
Her first EP, Live in LA, consisted of four (yes you guessed it) live, acoustic performances in front of an intimate LA crowd and was met with critical acclaim. Download this early EP here.
This week Lianne appeared on the uber influential US Late Show with David Letterman where she performed her album title track ‘Is Your Love Big Enough‘ live with her band.
Currently on a mini US tour, including shows in DC, LA and San Francisco, Lianne also performed on the respected Conan O'Brien talk show yesterday. Watch her perform live on David Letterman below.
So far it seems the States have been very gracious to the UK girl, heaping praise upon her.
National Public Radio called her debut album ''the stuff of Best New Artist Grammys” and the New Yorker called Lianne a ''stunning'' live performer.
This all comes off the back of a Mercury Prize nomination for Lianne’s debut album Is Your Love Big Enough released this July.
