Yesterday millions of people worldwide witnessed the Jamaican trio take home all three medals in the Men’s 200m final at the 2012 Olympic Games staged in London. Usain, Johan and Warren ran an exceptional race, all running across the finish line in under 20 seconds between them. Usain crossed the line in 19.32s, Johan Blake comes in second at 19.44s and last to take the Bronze medal was Warren Weir as he crossed the line 19.84 seconds.
The limelight is on 6 ft 5 Jamaican, yesterday he defended the 200m Men’s title winning the final back-to-back in the Olympics. He previously won the Men’s 100m final too showing that he is the fastest man alive. Celebrations in Jamaica took place and the country watched the race. In the capital Kingston people gathered in the center to watch their countries finalists, after the race the crowds roared, flags were being waved and the festive music played all night long.
Well done to the Jamaican Mens Running Team, showing that they are a force to compete with for future races
