If you've been missing the badass dancehall sound from Kingston, Jamaica - I feel you. A free download single off Vybz Kartel's upcoming album under Vice Records appeared on soundcloud last night and it's exactly what it's supposed to be.
Sounds like a mean bastard, this Vybz dude, always did and probably always will. Considering he's now working close with the top people at Vice, dancehall ears and eyes should be kept wide open. A video for this track is due August 14th.
As an accomplished local cult personality with his face on his club's murals and on the bottles in the bar, it's clear that this track will become a fine addition to that portfolio, letting everyone who is still wondering know who's crew is boss. "Eerybody live, nahbody nah dead." Guns blazing. Long time coming.
