Plan B speaks out against David Cameron

Plan B may be known for being a controversial singer, so it is no surprise that he had something to say on our current Prime Minister. In the latest Sunday Times Magazine, Plan B claimed that David Cameron is “still a dickhead” concerning the way young people were being perceived in relation to August’s London riots in 2011. Plan B, real name Ben Drew, discussed the ‘hug a hoodie’ slogan associated with Cameron, and implied that the Prime Minister’s desire to “severely punish” young people was unfair. Some have claimed that Plan B’s new album ‘Ill Manors’ which was released yesterday, has a clear representation of this feeling,as he outlines that the EP is a “reflection of today...And of the problems that have been swept under the carpet”. Plan B was also in the news yesterday for his attire by adopting a neo- Nazi t-shirt by brand Skrewdriver which he apologised for wearing. He argues “It was of my own doing and therefore it is my mistake”. With the events of the past week, it is certain that Plan B is a unique and outspoken individual within the music world. Who knows what he's gonna do next...
