The most democratic twitter account in the world: Sweden’s Tourist Board agrees to hand its account @sweden to a different Swedish resident every week. For seven days they can recommend things to do and places to see, sharing diverse opinions, and ideas along the way. Tommy Sollen, Visit-Sweden's social media manager said "The idea has been successful, spurring different talks on Immigration, music, food, sobriety and hunting. " In this age of internet and transparency, if you want to be credible, you have to let go of control and empower the people,". The account has been in the hands of a female priest, an advertising executive, an organic sheep farmer and now with Hanna a lesbian truck driver. Wonder who will be next...
