Are you kitten me? Run the Jewels "Ex-purrr-iment" with an all-cat album

American hip hop duo Run the Jewels (EL-P and Killer Mike) have agreed to remake their upcoming second album 'Run the Jewels 2' using solely cat noises.
El-P recently confirmed what some may have suspected: 'there is only one explanation for the album and it's marijuana'. One day whilst high the rapper decided it would be funny to write up a 'completely ridiculous and joke' optional extras for the pre-order site. These ranged from $7,500 to $10 million, with 'The F-Boy Revenge Package' promising the rap duo would take revenge on your worst enemy in return for $100,000. El-P's personal favourite was the 'We Are Gordon Ramsay Package' where for $150,000 Run the Jewels would self-produce a new episode of Kitchen Nightmares with Ramsay – 'It's just a personal fantasy of mine'.
However, it was the 'Meow the Jewels Album Package' which attracted one dedicated fan's attention, and he set about raising the $40,000 required to secure a 're-record of Run the Jewels 2 using nothing but cat sounds for music'.
The fan-based kickstarter campaign (which stated: 'if I can raise $40,000 I'll get to hear a hip-hop album made with all cat sounds? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED') recently surpassed its target and is currently at $54,225. When El-P saw the kickstarter, he contacted its founder and suggested they do the project for charity: 'I saw this as an opportunity to possibly do something good in the stupidest way possible.' The money raised will go to the families of Mike Brown and Eric Garner, the two men shot by the police in Ferguson over the summer.
While there is still uncertainty over how exactly the cat noises will be produced, El-P has been bookmarking potential cat samples on Youtube and has confirmed that the record will be all the 'RTJ2' lyrics, underlined by cat beats.
