Guestlist Recommends: As Elephants Are

As Elephants Are’s sound is comprised of nothing but good things. There are all the angular guitars of Bombay Bicycle Club, the slightly stuck in the throat vocals and urgency of the Maccabees, combined with the youthful exuberance of Two Door Cinema Club. There really isn’t anything not to like here.
The Hertfordshire four-piece have released four singles to date. War Cry, Youth Blood, Lucifer and Crystal are full of swelling, yearning choruses that demand repeat listening. Remarkable tunes from an unsigned band still in the fledging years of their musical career. Great live act too.
