Icarus drop 'They Are Not Like You'
Icarus return with their Motion Mix ‘They Are Not Like You.’
The Mix, which was premiered by Pete Tong, takes its name from Icarus’s favourite club in their hometown of Bristol, where they have played 6 times over the last 2 years. ‘They Are Not Like You’ kicks off with a simple looped refrain that leads into the hypnotic main vocal. The analogue bassline and trademark syncopated live percussion combine on the production to create a real sense of atmopshere, and this track shows that the boys have truly carved out their own sound.
Icarus have also found time to remix Bat For Lashes and SG Lewis, and are playing across the country on a new autumn tour.
