Twisted Individual - Wobble By Nature / Requiem for a Wet Dream [Twisted Individual Productions]
After five years away this unsung hero of the genre is back doing what he does best, producing fire. He hasn’t lost it, dropping two tracks that are heavy. He’s maintained his cheeky vibes with no nonsense basslines, a welcome return.
Soul Intent - Love Me [Dope Plates]
On some mad old skool vibe, Soul Intent drops three huge tracks. Rough, beefy bassed, wicked samples, it’s an EP that doesn’t give a fuck.
The Upbeats - De-Evolution Part 1 [Vision]
The first of three, New Zealand’s biggest drum & bass group get pretty rowdy. Across the 5 tracks they lay down the gully law with bold basslines, solid drums and give real attention to the detail/ They even fit a cheeky collab with Ivy Lab.
Seba - Fourfit EP [Soul:R]
Seba takes on the Fourfit EP series following the outfits huge material from Calibre, Adred & LSB. He dives straight in and produces a diverse EP that explores drum & bass’ wide spectrum.
Villem & McLeod - No More Games [Spearhead]
BCee’s imprint welcomes back this two back for another lesson in liquid. Masters of their craft, they once more fix Spearhead up with some solid beats. Riya even drops in for two records, providing her vocal power.

DJ Vapour - Rhythm Flow / Bunker Buster [36 Hertz]
Vapour’s back with some heavyweight jungle madness. Working those amens with sick samples and of course vast amounts of bass.
DJ Version - Gimmicks [Sub-Liminal]
Version has a murderous release here. Kicking off with the cross neuro, jump up ‘Gimmicks’ before going into the relentless ‘Sleepless’. Another top release from this rising label.
Gydra - Dystopia EP [Bad Taste]
This Russian duo’s EP for Bad Taste is about as angry as you get. It’s fiery attitude is infectious and will sure blow up anywhere it’s dropped.
Philth - The Circle [Dispatch]
Supplying the next round of ammo for Dispatch is Phith. Gritty basslines, murky undertones and glass shattering snares is what to expect, with a dark twisted trip. Also, watch out for the Scar remix.
TS - Nightwalk [C]
C Recordings sign up German newcomer, TS. He introduces himself greatly with deep half time riddims.
