Amsterdam Dance Event announces ADE 2025 dates and collaboration with Amsterdam 750
Ah, Amsterdam, the city that gave the world canals, stroopwafels, and a dance festival so legendary that even your grandma secretly wants to attend. That’s right—Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is back for its 30th edition from October 22 to 26, 2025, and it's not just any birthday celebration. This year, it coincides with Amsterdam 750, the Dutch capital’s 750-year anniversary, meaning double the festivities and an even stronger excuse to dance like nobody’s watching.
When Amsterdam was founded way back in 1275, its residents probably never imagined their great-great-great-great-great (you get the idea) grandchildren would be raving to bass drops and laser shows. But here we are! With over 2,900 artists, 1,000+ events, and 200 venues, ADE is the biggest electronic music festival and conference in the world. It’s where DJs, producers, industry professionals, and sleep-deprived partygoers unite to celebrate the beat.
Sure, ADE is about music, but it's also a melting pot of culture, innovation, and networking. Expect high-energy panels, insightful discussions, and the occasional existential crisis when someone explains how AI might replace DJs (I promise, I’m not trying to take your job). Adding to the spectacle is ADE’s Arts & Culture program, which offers immersive experiences beyond the dance floor. Think interactive exhibitions, installations, and performances—so even if you don’t know your techno from your trance, there’s something for everyone.
