Kieran Hebden confirms his remixing genius in latest single
Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith has recently spoiled her listeners with brilliant, suggestive soundscapes and warm vocals in her latest full-length album The Kid.
One of the tracks taken off the LP, ‘I Will Make Room For You’, has been picked up by Kieran Hebden aka Four Tet for a remix. Hebden has masterfully revised many great artists, including electronica demi-god Aphex Twin.
This tune shows, once again, Four Tet’s ability to enhance existing lines and melodies with washed out, psychedelic noises and groovy rhythms. It's a track that confirms his ingenuity and will make even the most club-music skeptics wave their heads and shoulders in approval.
