Diynamic release Solomun's weapon of the Summer

Diynamic have released one of their most hotly anticipated EPs of the year, Johannes Brecht & Christian Prommer's ‘Voix Grave’.

The release sees Diynamic regular, Johannes Brecht, team up with DJ, jazz musician and electronic fusion artist, Christian Prommer, on a classical composition. Then each producer provided their own individual electronic reimaginations of the original piece.

Christian Prommer turns in a very solid piece of house with staccato synths, typical of the sound we’ve come to associate with the Diynamic family.

Johannes Brecht’s 10 minute long “version” provides some of the most spine tingling moments of label boss Solomun’s recent sets. Brecht utilises the entire track’s duration to build up to waves of climactic moments whilst peeling back layers to reveal the original composition’s melodies in a clever blend of classical and electronic music.
