Big love for Eats Everything album launch

Saturday 13 February at Fabric entailed the launch of Eats Everything’s album, as well as Green Velvet’s debut in Fabric’s main room. The event marked the release of Fabric 86, the latest in Fabric’s compilation series, mixed by Daniel Pearce, aka Eats Everything.

London’s diversity was on full show at the sold out event, which stayed chaotic until close. Eats Everything’s set started out slow and built to include the kind of bangers he’s known for, giving clubbers a taste of the vibe of Fabric 86, due for release on February 19.

Skudge played a satisfying set of well-produced techno, bringing the darkest, most minimal set of the night, which was easily representative of the world’s leading analogue techno. Green Velvet might have been the highlight of the night, the Chicago legend dropping four-to-the floor with deep, funky drops.
