Disco Picnic: Festive Frolics

House | Tuesday 8th December 2015 | Jacob

Disco Picnic returned for a three week winter series on Thursday, where they transformed previously unused venues Peckham Safe Houses 1 + 2 by Copeland Park into the ultimate Christmas house party. The stripped out Victorian houses played host to an artist space showing contemporary works, a dance floor and 2 bars over 2 floors serving cocktails, craft beer and one huge, shiny Disco Ball.

On Thursday night, Seth Troxler's Smokey Tails BBQ had the food on lock, with their trademark pulled pork and red cabbage relish burgers. The culinary delights were complimented by some serious selection as Disco, Funk and Soul filtered through the main room. It was sensual, and it was seductive.

For the rest of the month, Disco Picnic will serve up a raucous atmosphere where food, fashion, music and art combine for all the festive frolics your heart could desire.

Some of the best London Club Nights, Artists and Special Guests will all provide the vibe throughout December. Opening til 1am from Thursday-Saturday nights in Peckham, it’s definitely not to be missed.
