Tegan and Sara U.K. Tour! June 2013

Almost four years since their sixth album Sainthood was released, Canadian sisters Tegan and Sara are back with their fantastic new album Heartthrob. The album features ten songs and debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 49,000 copies in its first week and giving the band their highest chart position yet! Greg Kurstin, Justin Meldel-Johnsen and Mike Elizondo produced the record under the labels Vapor and Wardner Bros. Records. The rock duo’s longtime art director Emy Storey with the help of photographer Lindsey Byrnes designed the artwork for the album.
Tickets are on sale and the tour takes place in four different parts of the U.K. starting at June 8th in Manchester at the HMV Ritz (£20.50), June 9th in Glasgow at the O2 ABC, June 11th in London at the Troxy (£25.50) and finishing on the 12th June in Birmingham at the HMV Institute Birmingham (£20.50).
