Rainy Milo

We’ve been spoilt rotten in the UK this year (ok, the recession isn’t great but in other ways). We’ve witnessed some quality female artists coming up in the music scene; Lianne, Jessie and now it seems inevitable that Rainy Milo will follow a similar path.
This beauty from South London first received industry attention after Giles Peterson included her track ‘’Bout You’ on his Brownswood Bubblers compilation, a playlist of tracks the music supremo has scouted out from the rich, worldwide music underground.
The singer/songwriter boldly turned down the several record deal offers that came off the back of this exposure, stating that it was too soon to commit to a deal. Instead she continued fine tuning her craft and released Limey, the five track EP which showcases her rich, emotive vocals and jazz influenced style beautifully.
