The Return of Dels

UK rapper Dels disappeared off the scene for a bit but alas he’s back and far from being out of the loop, he still appears to be sitting comfy in the center of it. He’s due to follow up from his last release, debut album GOB which was greeted with critical acclaim well over a year ago now. The next release from Dels will be Black Salad EP, due 26th November on Big Dada/Ninja Tune.
The first single off the EP ‘Bird Milk’ is an extremely promising taster. The infectious bass and soulful hook on the track not only sound great but are the product of an exciting collaboration with two other UK artists on their way up: singer Bila on the vocals and songwriter/producer Kwes. on the beat. The result is irresistible.
However if you just can’t wait for the arrival of Black Salad (ten days is a long time, right?), get an emergency Dels fix from some earlier tunes off GOB below:
