Daniel Rossen Shares New Songs

Rossen’s acoustic numbers reveal a new dexterity to the American songwriter who’s had such success with the brilliant Grizzly Bear. The quartet’s unique blend of psychedelic pop and indie rock has seen the band release four studio albums since their formation a decade ago in 2002. The most recent ‘Shields’ released earlier this year to critical acclaim peaked at number 17 in the UK album charts.
Whilst the solo works of Rossen begs the question of a potential solo venture, fans of Grizzly Bear should have nothing to fear after he revealed that the band’s latest album had been the most collaborative and the brilliance of such an album is testimony in itself to the musical depth of an amazing band.
