Green Day's Billy-Joe in rehab after breakdown at Las Vegas festival

Green Day's frontman Billy-Joe Armstrong is now seeking treatment for substance abuse following on from his breakdown during performace at the iHeartRadio Music festival in Las Vegas on 21st September. His set was whittled down from 45 minutes to only 25 so that Usher could have a longer set and in true rock 'n roll style, smashed his guitar all over the stage screaming 'I'M NOT FUCKING JUSTIN BEIBER, YOU MOTHERFUCKERS".
Poor Beibs.
Close friends of the band then gave out a statement that Billy-Joe had been sober for a year and ended up drinking the night of his performance which inevitabely led to the foul-mouthed tirade.
The meltdown was captured on video and has been plastered all over YouTube (see below). You can see Armstrong yelling "Oh fuck this shit. I'm gonna play a fucking new song. Fuck this shit. Give me a fucking break. One minute left. You're gonna give me one fucking minute?"
He carried on charming the audience, "Let me tell you something, I've been around since 19-fucking-88. And you're gonna give me one fucking minute? You've gotta be fucking kidding me!"
Luckily for BJ, it's not his breakdown you'll be left questioning at the end of the video, its the bloody state of Mike Dirnt's hair which seems to be having a meltdown of it's own.
