A Little of Brazil in El Peñol

If you’re looking for a night out but want something a bit different, why not head over to El Peñol Club in Brixton?
The club, which may show all the signs of a typical club-the stylish bar, comfortable chairs, a cocktail list that is bound to attract- but is actually a little different to your average club. Although it has designated nights to house or dance music, it is equally keen to explore other genres that are not in the mainstream charts.
Music from South America and the Caribbean are also regular in this club. On 25th September, the club will hold a Brazilian Rio Night which will then be held every second Saturday of the month and gives a taste of the sounds heard in Rio. Similarly, 29th September is Latinos Night which combines salsa, merengue, reggaeton and bachata to name a few.
