Try and BEAT this show.
Brought to you by the same music organising gems as London Acoustic Guitar , Bass Guitar and Drum show alongside the publishers of Acoustic Magazine, Bass Guitar Magazine and Drummer we present the London Electric Guitar Show.
Taking place at the Olympia Conference Centre in London over the 10th and 11th November 2012 this weekend is set to be a guitar and ear shredding extravaganza . Guitar fans will be able to see the latest products and gear as well as some of the best performers in the electric guitar world – ALL UNDER ONE ROOF! Not only that but attendees will be able to have a go at some face melting solo’s in master classes and clinics.
Among an excellent line-up of guitar legends such as Richie Kotzen and Soren Andersen is the queen of electric guitar Jennifer Batten. Remember listening to “Beat It” as a kid and getting some CRAZY air guitar going during the solo? Well that’s Jennifer - one top woman. Not only will she be performing on stage but also at the Masterclass.
Jennifer’s career span’s over 20 years working alongside the legendary Michael Jackson to Jeff Beck as well as the infamous Super Bowl performance in 1993- not to mention some of the best hair in guitar history, sorry Slash.
As well as her collaborations she is also a critically acclaimed solo artist and will be playing in support of her third solo output, “Whatever”, she will be paying homage to her own excellent solo work and her musical partner the epic Michael Jackson.
Jennifer’s performance is sure to explode with her boundless talents. Her bad-ass guitar playing, multimedia effects combined with decades of experience and being in general one of the radest women in music of all time is getting us far too excited- and causing a bit of a girl crush.
So beat it to the queues for a thriller of a time and see how electric guitar effects the way ‘she’ makes you feel.
