NYC’s Gosteffects, hard electro music DJ and producer, is back with more floor-shakingremixes for Kick The Bass: Remixes Vol.2. This new album appears after the success of ‘Kick The Bass EP’ and ‘KickThe Bass: Remixes Vol.1, which artists like Fatboy Slim had defined as “sexy and sleazy”, delivering ninebass-hooked producers and their thumping sub frequencies. The style in which Gosteffects spins has been described as Witch-house (electronic house music with a dark/industrial sound and feel) and has caught the attention of artists like Laidback Luke, Noisia and Chuckie. Kick The Bass: Remixes Vol.2’s main track, Black Matter, is the new remix of the song Tear The Club Up, which got major support from Benny Benassi and Paul Oakenfold amongst others. Also collaborating on proceedings are the new crop of rising stars: Trouble and Bass’Deathface, Killpop’s Rule Of Eight, whilst up-and-comers Fat and Ugly, Platinumb, KroyClub, Kai Wachi and Disko Dali. Expect to hear more soon about upcoming releases of this magician of the vibe.
