J Dilla - Rebirth For Detroit

As the track starts you will hear the old school hip-hop sounds from the DJ scratching while overlapping the beat, is a public announcement style sound making a vigorous statement saying, “Detroit is bleeding. If you're young black and male, you're more likely to die by violence than any other cause”.
The beat is a head bopper straight up Mr Dilla’s alley with visuals from the gritty parts of Detroit, wars and the government. They are calling out 'Detroit is burning' with both rappers' lyrics talking about the real truth of their city. The single is from J Dilla’s ‘Rebirth of Detroit’, which is out now. All proceeds from the album will go to J Dilla's family.
