Danny Brown: Guestlist Recommends

What is it about Detroit time and time again producing distinct talent? Must be something in the water. One of the latest to break out is Hip Hop artist Danny Brown. After signing to A-Trak's label Fool's Gold last summer, a label whose roster has always been choc full of huge talent, Danny Brown has been blowing up. With good reason considering what makes this artist unique, other then a strange dress sense and missing front teeth, is his ability as an emcee to interchange styles. From song to song, he switches up his flow, showing massive versatility, incorporating different influences from all over Hip Hop, creating his own style. Expect to hear punch lines for days, oh and did we mention he’s not exactly shy about expressing his obsessions with weed and women. His latest video for single ‘Grown Up’ just dropped and if you haven’t yet, grab his ‘XXX’ mix tape out now on Fool’s Gold Records.
