Apparently great things do come in small packages...
We’ll admit it; we’ve gone a bit nuts for Jawbone this week but they are pushing the boundaries of what is expected of portable devices in a way that’s getting everyone excited. The ground breaking Jambox boasts a big game: its dimensions come to a mere 151 x 57 x 40 mm but it claims to pack the punch of a much larger boom-box. With an 85-decibel rating, it equals the volume of speakers twice its size and the quality of sound would seem to be of the highest quality as well. Engadget comment that “it pumps out a terribly impressive amount of clear, room filling sound”. It costs a bit at £159 but sounds very much worth it for anyone fond of sound and travel.
