It’s the end of summer but that is no reason to be glum
Most people may think it is difficult to big up the month that symbolises the end of summer and beginning of autumn but we at The Guestlist Network are convinced there are plenty of reasons to remain optimistic about September, the first of which is of course Freshers’ Week! It is happening everywhere across the UK with as many loud, crazy and drunken parties as you could possibly fit into seven days.
The weather in September may be grey and the sun intermittent but there are two things to bear in mind: (a) the weather just described is no different from our ‘summer’ anyway and (b) sun is unnecessary when you wake up in the evening, sleep in the day and rave in between. If the thought of dark days is still too overwhelming then head over to Ibiza. While the parties are closing, Sun Beatz Festival keeps the vibe going with a week full of pure drum and bass craziness. If you’re looking to go slightly more local then head to Bestival to catch that last, fine bit of summer festival spirit on the Isle of Wight!
