The hints were there last year, but now we know for sure that legends, The Prodigy are releasing a new album! To top that; the band will be hitting the road with an insane live tour of the UK playing at some of the best venues in the country. Liam Howlett has promised us an album full of 'pure violent energy', which definitely materalises in the first single, Nasty crowned as #TrackOfTheDay by @BBCR1 after its preview. Their new album, The Day Is My Enemy is the 6th studio album from the Essex group who have taken the raw sounds of the underground to the biggest stadiums and festivals the world has to offer.
The Day Is My Enemy will hit sales on the 30th March. The group had been teasing fans with hints on social media at the end of last year before revealing all at the beginning of last week. Their live UK tour kicks off at the O2 Academy, Newcastle on the 4th May, finishing up two weeks later with two huge gigs at London's iconic Alexandra Palace. The first batch pretty much sold out, but more go on sale at 9am on the 14th January, grab them fast from gigsandtours.com or ticketmaster.co.uk
