Camden Beach 2014

The shorts are out, the shades are on, the sun is shining – summer 2014 is finally here! What better way to celebrate than by tanning on a tropical beach with a cocktail in hand… if only life were that easy, right?! But have no fear, for all those who aren’t lucky enough to be jetting off to that tropical beach this summer, London has brought the beach here! Yes, it’s the return of Camden Beach!
Submerged in 150 tonnes of golden sand, Camden’s Roundhouse terrace will be transformed into a sunny oasis until 23rd August. Palm trees, beach huts, live music – this is one event not to be missed! Snack on some tasty food, from gourmet hot dogs to delicious BBQ pulled pork burgers, or sip on some icy cocktails from the Tiki Hut and Rum Shack-A-Lack while soaking up the sun. With happy hour running all night Monday and 5 – 7pm Tuesday to Friday, there’s really no excuse not to treat yourself!
So grab yourself a sun lounger, get that cocktail in hand, and escape the urban hustle and bustle of London in this little slice of beachy paradise!
Camden Beach is open from 26th July – 23rd August. FREE ENTRY.
